So now it’s November 13th. I kept reminding myself to post, to do something but I kept putting off and I knew the longer I did the worst I’d feel. 

I’m trying. So hard! I am really busy and cannot wait to get my health tested in 2 weeks. I will be back for real ASAP. Thanks for sticking with me. Eating hasn’t been too bad though!

DAY THIRTY EIGHT (November 8th)
I’m back.
When I don’t promise to give myself marks, I feel like it’s okay to fall off the wagon. NO. Healthy eating is your life now. Eat to be energized not full.

I really want to update but these past two days have been hell and I have barely enough energy to walk around the block. In fact, typing is even exhausting. I get blood work done in a little under a month but I need a few days rest to sleep right and drink probably a ton of water. I apologize for the hiatus but I am so weak I cannot fathom doing anything but sleeping. 

DAY THIRTY SIX AND SEVEN (November 4th and 5th)
How did I miss days? I struggled eating anything today- through my lunch in the garbage actually- as I had yet another migrane. 
I am really getting tired of this. I need to be healthy again.

DAY THIRTY FIVE (November 3rd)
Whenever I work, I made horrible choices. Yesterday I worked 9 hours, was home well after dinner time, and didn’t have time or food to make anything. I am so exhausted today and will be drinking water and only water from now until forever.

DAY THIRTY TWO (October 31st)
Back on track today. My friend came over and we debated very hard whether we wanted to order food in, or cook. We were starvingggg which pushed us to even make an order list from the chinese place down the street. We decided last minute that we wanted to cook- regardless or not of our rumbling tummies. 
We went to the store and bought a head of broccoli (we didn’t get around to steaming it, unfortunately), I bought a head of kale (ate half of it, cooked. my appetizer) and we made tacos. It was soooo good and I have leftovers for today too. Such a good idea and we were so full we didn’t have to crazy indulge in the halloween candy left over. 
I’m happy. I went to bed guilt free and have food in my fridge once more.
